Research Interests

The main research topics are: quantitative modelling of dynamical systems, probabilistic models and Bayesian networks, decision analysis, Markov chain Monte Carlo methods, intelligent data analysis, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models, population models, telemedicine, bioinformatics, synthetic biology. These methodologies are investigated mainly to solve relevant biological/clinical problems.
