| Translational bioinformatics: IT solutions for genotypic and phenotypic data management (Data Warehousing), integration (Web-based systems) and analysis (Machine Learning, Data Mining); knowledge-based bioinformatics: analytical and computational methods to support Tissue Engineering studies; mathematical and statistical methods for genetic dissection of complex traits (SNP-based genome-wide Association Studies); models of biological systems. |
